Required skills and expertise:
• Higher education
• Advanced English level with ability to discuss business
• 2+ years at Business Development Manager or similar position in PSP or Payments
• Expert in business discussions, including C-level
• Experienced professional in exploring new regions to expand the business
• Understanding of principles of contractual relations, corporate cash flow, income, expenses
• Understanding of online payments technical integrations, funnels, flows
• Open and ready for business trips, including prolonged ones with the purpose to explore the new regions at the spot

• A-player with positive mindset and ability to act with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
• Excellent presentation skills

You would be running such tasks as:
• Research and discover potentials to enter new emerging markets with Company`s products and services.
• Perform market research for the most popular payment methods and their understanding, ecommerce landscape in general, and presentation results internally.
• New Team setup, including business development and account managers
• Search for the payment providers in respective markets, contacting them
• Search and onboarding for the new merchants interested in payment solutions in the new discovered Emerging Markets
• Search for the competitors in the market and analysis of their payment methods, flows, limits, providers
• Negotiation with the payment providers of fees and conditions favorable to the company
• Attending conferences, industry events, partner' offices, business trips in target market
• Support of relations with partners — test and add new products, monitor their performance
• Developing and owning of billing strategy, strong vision of long-term goals and ways to achieve them
• Taking decision to sign contract with a partner and responsibility for its comprehensive evaluation of business fit
• Support of strong formal and informal relations with existing and potential partners
