Their team shares a common passion for the Internet and the honor of serving their customers.They are currently looking for a skilled Network OSS & Automation Engineer to join their team in Poland, Czech, or Hungary hubs. As a Network OSS & Automation Engineer with expertise in AIOps, Service Assurance tools, OSS, Telemetry, IP, and Optical networks, you would be at the forefront of revolutionizing network management. Your role would involve combining traditional networking skills with robust operations support systems, advanced telemetry data analysis, and proficiency in IP and Optical technologies. Your mission: to optimize network performance, predict issues, and automate operations seamlessly.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Service Assurance, Operations Support Systems (OSS), Network Data Collectors and Telemetry:Implement and manage OSS tools for network monitoring, fault management, and performance analysis.Design and develop Service Assurance & ITSM & OSS tools like NNMi, Helix, ServiceNow, NMS for real-time monitoring and historical data analysis.Develop next-gen network data collectors to enhance statistics and inventory data.Combine IP and Optical telemetry and performance monitoring data to gain comprehensive insights.
• Implement and manage OSS tools for network monitoring, fault management, and performance analysis.
• Design and develop Service Assurance & ITSM & OSS tools like NNMi, Helix, ServiceNow, NMS for real-time monitoring and historical data analysis.
• Develop next-gen network data collectors to enhance statistics and inventory data.
• Combine IP and Optical telemetry and performance monitoring data to gain comprehensive insights.

• Predictive Maintenance and Proactive Monitoring:
• Design and develop tools to use network data and statistics to predict network failures, bottlenecks, and security threats.
• Develop proactive maintenance based on predictive analytics.
• Leverage performance and telemetry data from both IP and Optical devices.

• Network Automation and AIOps Integration:Leverage tools like Ansible, Python for network automation.Integrate AIOps platforms to analyze network data, detect anomalies, and provide actionable insights.Develop automated workflows that respond to network events using AI-driven decision-making.

• Collaboration and Continuous Learning:Work closely with data scientists, network architects, and developers.Stay updated on AIOps, OSS, Performance Monitoring, Telemetry, IP, and Optical advancements and contribute to the field.

Qualifications and skills:

• Over 10 years of experience in network monitoring tools development, engineering, or architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecom Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proficiency in network automation tools and Python, Ansible, REST APIs and network-related libraries.
• Familiarity and understanding with AIOps platforms, machine learning, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.
• Experience with Service Assurance, Operations Support Systems (OSS) tools and telemetry protocols.
• Knowledge of IP networking (routing, switching) and Optical network technologies (DWDM, fiber optics)
• Desirable modelling and schema languages such as YANG, XML, JSON and YAML
