Brazy is looking for a Campaign/Influencer Manager who will play a pivotal role in our marketing agency, focusing on the planning, execution, and management of campaigns while also spearheading influencer partnerships. This multifaceted position requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and clients alike.

Requirements: 

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position, such as Campaign/Influencer Manager.
  • Proven experience in campaign management, influencer marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, social media platforms, and influencer landscape.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and ROI.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and influencer marketing.
  • Technologies: CRM, Trello, Asana, Jira, Excel.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or economics.
  • English level: Advanced.

Will be an advantage:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
  • Passion for staying updated on the latest trends and developments in marketing and influencer marketing.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of Polish (will be a plus, but not a must).

Responsibilities: 

Campaign Management:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with client objectives and target audience.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end campaign activities, including brainstorming, content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to clients.

Influencer Partnership:

  • Identify and research potential influencers whose audience demographics align with client brands and campaign goals.
  • Reach out to influencers to establish partnerships, negotiate terms, and secure agreements.
  • Coordinate content creation and delivery timelines with influencers to ensure alignment with campaign schedules.
  • Monitor influencer performance and engagement to optimize partnerships and maximize ROI.

Client Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding campaign progress, updates, and feedback.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to review campaign performance, address concerns, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives, preferences, and target audience insights.

Creative Content Development:

  • Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling campaign assets, including copywriting, graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
  • Ensure all campaign content adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of content across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising platforms.

Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, fostering goodwill and loyalty to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Liaise with influencers to address any issues, concerns, or feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for both clients and influencers, representing their interests and values with integrity.
