We are a Recruitment Hub established in 2012 specializing in IT.

Location: Krakow

Responsibilities:

● Sourcing candidates for various IT positions

● Manage the full cycle recruitment process for all level positions

● Guiding candidates through the process

● Building long-term relationships with candidates and Hiring Managers

● Working closely with Hiring Managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role

● Using available company tools, including ATSs.

● Actively using LinkedIn and other alternative tools to recruit specialists in the IT field

● Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods

● Being a trusted Talent Acquisition advisor with a strong understanding of the talent pool

● Facilitating a pipeline of strong candidates for future needs

Requirements:

● At least 3 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting skilled candidates from the IT & Technology sector in the Polish market

● Understanding of software development processes

● Flawless English (and Polish)

● Experience in defining recruitment metrics, KPIs 

● Experience in dealing with business stakeholders

● Proactiveness and creativity — we need to think outside of the box and find

solutions to various problems

● Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

● Flexibility & critical thinking 

● Having a Polish working permit

Nice to have:

● Experience in a recruitment agency or fast-paced environment
