- Recruitment Management: Lead and manage the local recruitment team in executing the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions across the organization. Develop recruitment strategies, source candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection and onboarding process to meet hiring goals and timelines. Supervise and mentor the local recruitment team, providing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities to help team members succeed in their roles. Delegate tasks set performance expectations, and monitor progress to ensure the team meets its objectives.
- Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with organizational objectives.
- HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Ensure that HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and effectively support the needs of the organization.
- Employee Development: Support employee development initiatives, including training and career development programs, to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Identify opportunities for employee growth and advancement and provide guidance and resources to support career progression.
- HR Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular reports and analytics on HR metrics, such as recruitment KPIs, turnover rates, and employee engagement scores. Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance HR processes and practices.
- HR Projects: Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, such as process improvements, system implementations, and organizational change efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and achieve desired outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on recruitment and team management.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and develop a team of HR professionals.
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, practices, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
