Financial Manager (Marketing Department)

Growe welcomes those who are excited to:

• Control marketing requests for making payments by checking invoices and contracts, ensuring the correct filling of marketing requests, and coordinating them with finance and marketing departments;
• Submit requests to the Treasury Department in 1C for making payments;
• To do a reconciliation of marketing expenses;
• Confirm services that have been provided by the marketing department to the finance department for audit purposes;
• Control the marketing budget balance of channels and partners and provide recommendations to budget owners for making partners;
• Consult marketing departments on the marketing budget planning for the business’s cash flow, including 1C glossary;
• Control the correct filling of 1С glossary;
• Troubleshoot any finance-related aspects of marketing;
• Manage of quarter planning and budgeting processes;
• Weekly monitoring of PnL and cash flow to prevent overspend;
• Develop, implement, optimize, and maintain efficient financial processes and procedures;
• Prepare various types of presentations;
• Onboard new employees on financial aspects and processes.

We need your professional experience:

• Higher education in the field of economy/finance/management;
• At least 1 year of experience in finance;
• Excellent knowledge of 1C: Enterprise 8.3, Google spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat and other office software;
• Basic knowledge of Jira & Confluence;
• Basic knowledge of Tableau.
