We are looking for an experienced full-time remote DevOps Engineer, who will be responsible for migration of the infrastructure to cloud services, improving the performance of the system and preparing a cloud-based prototype.

ABOUT PROJECT
Our client is a market leader within laser scanning and engineering. Right now, our goal is to migrate an existing system with different services and components to the cloud. The system allows users to work on facility’s spatial data in their browser for designing accurate 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, and other final products.
💪🏻 WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH US?
⦿ Setup and support the infrastructure of the products developed for our clients: backends, frontends, mobile apps, game servers.
⦿ Ensure Security and High Availability or Fault Tolerance of our web applications and APIs.
⦿ Perform Monitoring of our projects in production, and react to incidents.
⦿ Perform Hostile Penetration Monitoring on an ongoing basis.
⦿ Setup CI/CD and automation tooling for development teams to let them make releases as often as possible.
⦿ Ensure Security and High Availability or Fault Tolerance of our web applications and APIs.
⦿ Perform Monitoring of our projects in production, and react to incidents.
⦿ Perform Hostile Penetration Monitoring on an ongoing basis.
⦿ Setup CI/CD and automation tooling for development teams to let them make releases as often as possible.
🔥 ARE THESE POINTS ABOUT YOU?
⦿ Domain and server management skills (Linux, DNS).
⦿ At least 1 scripting language is a must (Bash, Groovy or similar).
⦿ Knowledge of Docker, Docker Compose and at least 1 container orchestration tool (Kubernetes, ECS, etc. Kubernetes is preferred).
⦿ Extensive experience with deploying and operating scalable and highly-available backends and frontends in production on Azure.
⦿ Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting (DataDog, Prometheus, CloudWatch).
⦿ Experience with at least 1 Infrastructure as a Code platform (Terraform is preferred).
⦿ Extensive experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins is preferred).
⦿ At least Intermediate English.

IT WILL BE A ➕:
⦿ Understanding iOS and Android build provisioning and submission. Experience in CI/CD for mobile apps with deployment to mobile stores.
⦿ Experience in operating MongoDB and at least 1 SQL database (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL) on any cloud platform in production.
⦿ Experience with AWS.
