We are looking for an energetic person who has excellent communication skills, good at building relationships and interested in tech, AI. Who understands the needs of the audience and is able to build and maintain positive relationships with members, communities and organizations. We need someone who is a quick thinker and to be able to manage multiple tasks at once. You will be responsible for the developing and managing communities that foster positive relationships between our company and customers. You will may also be responsible for moderating online conversations, managing customer inquiries and complaints, promoting customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Moderating online content
- Monitoring activity on social media and other online platforms
- Identifying and implementing strategies for growth
- Planning and executing marketing and outreach campaigns
- Effectively measure the performance of the community
- Making informed decisions about future strategies and goals
Qualifications
- Perfect skills in English language, speaking and writing
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to manage crisis situations effectively
- Solid understanding of analytics
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attenders, site traffic)
- Experience in social media, marketing, and community management — 1 year (preferred)
- Creativity and a ability to think outside the box
- A positive and proactive attitude
