We are now looking for an IT Sales Manager who will join our team. 


Requirements:

  • 3+ year of experience in IT sales
  • Work experience and understanding of the Polish & EU markets
  • Native/Advanced of Polish
  • Upper-intermediate + level of English 
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Orientation on the result
  • Self-organization person
  • Experience with Upwork, Linkedin, etc

Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation
  • Sales activities 
  • Client & Partnership Relations (upsales) 
  • Establish close cooperation with customers
  • Account management 
  • Presentation of the company's services, collection client’s requirements, negotiations, and preparation of commercial proposals
  • Close cooperation with PM and CTO to write technical specifications
  • CRM management
  • Agreeing on terms of cooperation and signing a contract
  • Filling and supporting the client base
  • Market Analytics
