We’re looking for a Support Manager who can join us for a 6-months project to help our client boost the platform for human-machine collaboration.
Our client is an ambitious Sweden-based company that is making the production of high-quality training data for machine learning applications radically easier.
Our client's mission is to make cars pass their vision test. The future is autonomous, and with this, the time of autonomous mobility must come.
It is an exciting opportunity for a tech-driven person with a broad skill set to join a dynamic environment and be part of a global team.
What you'll do in this role
- Configure the workspace (project and delivery) according to the customer’s needs.
- Create and configure workspaces (projects), including changing annotation types, deleting batches and projects, and activating requests for new data uploads.
- Discuss unclear points with the customer and follow up on necessary modifications.
- Coordinate data upload and provide annotation instructions.
- Activate the workspace configuration once all previous steps are completed.
- Understand and document the client’s project requirements.
- Provide support for SAAS TD (Test Data) creation and answer questions related to the TD function in the app.
- Activate requests for customers
- Ensure scalability of these configuration needs for all SaaS projects.
What we’re looking for:
- Programming skills, know how to write codes in JSON and such
- You Know database querying and SQL
- You can easily concentrate on the process and remain focused for as long as needed
- Analytical mind
- Result-orientated and responsible
- Well organized, proactive, and a quick learner
- Good communication skills
