Our Senior Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust.

What will you be doing?

  • Mentoring a team of support agents;
  • Improving existing processes to ensure efficiency, as well as to maintain the quality of support provided;
  • Responding to customer requests in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email and chat;
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific app features;
  • Updating our internal databases with information about technical issues and communicating with customers about these updates;
  • Following-up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved;
  • Maintaining the fulfilment processes.

What are we looking for?

  • Fluent, Native English;
  • 2 years of experience in a customer support role;
  • Pleasant conversational manner both on the phone and in writing;
  • Multi-tasking abilities;
  • Attentiveness to detail;
  • Patience when handling tough cases;
  • Ability to handle stressful situations.

What skills will come in handy?

  • Previous experience as a Support specialist;
  • A positive, cheerful and welcoming persona;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • High-energy, competitive and creative individual.
