Senior Ruby on Rails Developer

We’re looking for a senior software engineer tech lead for their client's experience applications. You’ll be involved in the development, deployment, and maintenance of new and existing features.

Team size: 4 people

About you:
• You make sure that the coding team develops a robust solution for the problem at hand by developing and securing coding standards
• You write clean and functional code on back-end (devops experience/awareness is a plus for collaboration)
• You collaborate well on solutions (with the product team)
• Support/train/coach other developers

Must haves
• Ruby, rails
• Strong knowledge of APIs and data transfer approaches
• Ability to identify areas that can be streamlined or automated
• Great interest in understanding data analytics

It is a full-time, long-term, and remote opportunity.
