You’ll be on the front line of finding new business opportunities, designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base. Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients and build them into long-term profitable relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal;
- Set and meet department goals and quotas;
- Convert prospects into qualified opportunities with understanding prospects’ needs;
- Present services to prospective clients;
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales operations in an IT services company;
- Proven experience as a sales Development Representative, or similar sales/customer service role;
- Fluency in English is a must;
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles;
- Excellent communication/presentation skills;
- Hubspot or similar CRM system management & customization experience;
- Enthusiastic, proactive and passionate.
Would be a plus:
- Experience in managing a sales team and developing sales processes from scratch;
- A business acumen;
- Passionate about technology – be up to date with modern technologies and trends.
