Essential professional experience:
- Expertise in eSports, knowledge of such disciplines as: CS:GO, Dota 2, LoL, Valorant, etc.;
- Knowledge of marketing metrics: LTV, ARPU, ChurnRate, ROMI and ROI calculation systems;
- Understanding the basic principles of approaches to A/B-testing and testing hypotheses in order to optimize marketing activities;
- Experience with customer segmentation;
- Understanding marketing and niche metrics: CPA, CPC, CPI, CPM, ROI, ROAS, FTD, GGR, NGR;
- Knowledge of market and competitor analysis methods, as well as own product;
- At least Intermediate level of English.
Desirable skills and personal features:
- Understanding odds in bets, how they are calculated;
- Knowledge of the main directions of promotional mechanics to attract a player, retain and return;
- Experience of trigger chains;
- Experience with analytics tools: GA, Tableu, Voluum, Power BI, Google Data Studio.
