Hi! We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team at Universe.

Universe is a product IT company. We create functional business applications (utilities for iOS) and develop our own R&D center. In four years, we've built a team of 60+ professionals and become the world’s 3rd largest publisher of scanning utilities in terms of revenue.

About 40 million users have downloaded our apps. The company’s well-known products are ScanGuru, Translator Guru, Cleaner Guru, and Wisey, our education and lifestyle platform. You can learn more about us by watching this video.

We are constantly improving our products and launching new ones, and now the Utilities team needs one more Product Manager to drive our applications to the top positions.

In this position, you will:

Be responsible for developing your iOS application, and look for new growth points.
Research the competitors' funnels and sales screens, and generate new ideas.
Launch and run A/B tests for funnel optimization.
Prepare and assign technical tasks for the development team.
Present the results to the teammates.
Analyze new niches and products in iOS, and look for insights into market changes.

We expect you to:

Have at least one year of experience as a Product Manager in a B2C product.
Understand funnel metrics: CTR, CTI, CTT, C1, multiplier, LTV, ARPPU, ROMI.
Know basic product metrics and their relationships.
Know the Unit economics.
Have skills in rapid prototyping.
Be able to prioritize hypotheses using methodologies such as RICE or ICE.
Have experience in conducting A/B tests.
Understand UX/UI in applications.

The following skills will be a plus:

Experience designing funnels and sales screens.
Confident work with product analytics services (Amplitude, Firebase) and marketing analytics (AppsFlyer, Google Analytics).
Knowledge of qualitative research basics.
