We invite those who fired up to:

  • Administrating of company’s intangible assets (trademarks, copyright etc.), handling of registrations, transfers, renewals, maintaining assets databases;
  • Supporting of the brand protection activities, managing DMCA and UDRP procedures, drafting of IP protection policies and other standard documents;
  • Providing legal opinions on trademark, copyrighting and IP in general;
  • Contracts drafting, reviewing and negotiating (license agreements, IP transfer agreements), checking other contracts from IP perspective;
  • Ad hoc legal researching and internal advising upon business needs.


Essential professional experience:

  • Law degree;
  • 1-3 years relevant work experience;
  • Solid knowledge of international IP regulation, understanding of main principles of contracting process, commercially practicable approach to legal tasks;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and perform to a high level of quality and responsibility at all times;
  • Ability to manage a challenging workload even when under pressure;
  • Good research skills;
  • Ready to do overtimes;
  • Ukrainian and Russian languages are required;
  • Good knowledge of English language.
