YOU ARE

Based in the Tri-City or the surrounding area and you want to work in a hybrid mode
A candidate with 3+ years of experience in Employer Branding (organizing external & internal events), Talent Marketing, or Communication
Familiar with cutting-edge trends in employer branding world, preferably in IT industry
A professional with B2+ English and Polish levels, ready for content creation
Aware of Tricity IT market (local tech communities, events, and media)
Open for events organization, cooperation with universities and local tech communities,
Tech-savvy, knowing that clouds are not only in the sky
Self-motivated, creative, eager to learn, and work with a great team!

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

Creating and running talent marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, or generate candidates’ pipeline
Organizing out-of-the-box internal and external events that increase engagement among employees and candidates
Following market trends and generating new ideas to draw the audience's attention
Running talent marketing campaigns, and creating content to increase SoftServe brand awareness
Internal communication, engagement, and events that aim to create an internal atmosphere for the employer of a choice
The Graphic Designer, PR, CSR, and EB Specialists for a wide range of marketing materials and initiatives
