We invite those who are fired up to:


  • Improve user retention and engagement with the product leading to overall business growth;
  • Establish and continuously drive users engagement strategy leveraging gamification, loyalty, and related mechanics within the product;
  • Work closely with Product Research and Analytics to develop a deep understanding of the needs, motivation, and behavior of the users;
  • Conduct market research and competitors analysis;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance the product in terms of engagement & gamification functionalities;
  • Run experiments to validate product hypothesis from scoping to results analysis and implementation;
  • Make data-driven decisions for design and UI/UX improvements with the Design team;
  • Produce precise product specifications, user stories, and flowcharts.


Essential professional experience:

  • 2+ years of Product Management/Operations experience;
  • Understanding of primary customer engagement and retention mechanics;
  • Practical experience with running product Experiments and A/B tests;
  • Previous iGaming industry experience will be considered a big plus.

Desirable skills and personal features:

  • Data-driven approach to decision-making;
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
