We invite those who fired up to:

- Plan, execute and analyze promo campaigns for casino retention, ensuring all planned campaigns are made on time and with the highest quality;
-  Analyse and create segments (filters) for promo campaigns;
-  Support casino team regarding the promotion of the tournament;
-  Provide tips & advice regarding promo campaigns and segmentation;
-  Participate in hypothesis testing connected with the retention-connected metrics;
-  Create automated funnels for casino players;
-  Communicate with the CRM team for better cooperation;
-  Cooperate with the casino managers, and communication managers in terms of campaigns performance;
-  Track on a weekly or monthly basis retention-based metrics: retention rate, reactivation rate, churn rate, ATPU, ARPU, etc;
-  Track campaigns' performance metrics on a weekly or monthly basis: conv. to accepting campaign, conv. to use bonus, % wagered.


Essential professional experience:
- At least 3+ years of professional work experience;
-  Proven work experience as an LCM / CRM Manager or a similar role in the betting industry;
-  Knowledge of curating offers in betting which are lucrative for customers and profitable for the company;
- Hands-on experience of CRM tools like Salesforce, SugarCRM, etc.;  
- Experience with running and optimising communication campaigns;
- Understanding of technology in CRM and how user experience impacts conversion;
- Proficiency in Excel, Google spreadsheet and Powerpoint;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English.
