We are looking for a talented Data Scientist to join our Analytics Department, which provides high-quality analytical services across Plarium products and teams. The department specialists conduct product experiments as well as research, and consult on the incorporation of new features designed to improve project KPIs.
The successful candidate will be able to work at our office in Warsaw or remotely in Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing large quantities of information
- Detecting tendencies, regularities, and hidden patterns in data sets
- Creating, supporting, and improving machine learning models, including classification, forecasting, anomaly detection, and recommendation models
- Developing and improving in-house data analysis services and tools on the basis of modern mathematical techniques
- Evaluating the quality and economic feasibility of machine learning models
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in data science
- Knowledge of mathematical statistics, mathematical analysis, algorithms, and data structures, as well as theoretical and practical machine learning methods
- Skills in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries
- Firm knowledge of Python (data structures, data processing and visualization packages)
- English language skills at the intermediate level
Desired:
- Experience creating and automating data processing pipelines
- Ability to perform A/B testing
- Experience analyzing and modeling user behavior in a digital environment
- Experience participating in Kaggle competitions
