Business Analyst

MindK is a technology consulting and software development company with clients all over the world. Currently, we’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our presale and project teams to boost the presale and discovery activities as well as ongoing and upcoming projects.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct the business analysis activities throughout the projects SDLC:

- Participate in presale processes in terms of leads qualification, action plan elaboration, and business analysis conduction,
- Conduct discovery phases in terms of the following activities:

Requirements & Experience:

Experience:
- Min 3 years of BA experience in IT outsourcing companies.

Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced English Language level.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and business languages.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to organize your daily routines and teamwork remotely.

Hard Skills:

- Strong theoretical knowledge in the business analysis area and sound practical experience in business and solution requirements management
- Good knowledge and practical use of various business analyst techniques and tools, such as:

- Good knowledge and practical experience in conducting discovery activities.

Will be an advantage:
- Technical background.
- Previous BA experience working with B2B & B2B2C products.
