Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing IBM Planning Analytics solutions.
Troubleshoot issues and incidents reported by business users and implement necessary fixes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design, develop, and implement minor new features and enhancements within the IBM Planning Analytics environment.
Work on integrating IBM Planning Analytics with external data sources such as BigQuery and Oracle.
Develop and maintain data integration workflows, ensuring accurate and timely data exchange.
Perform data mappings, transformations, and validations to ensure data integrity across systems.
Collaborate effectively with team members located in different countries and time zones.
Participate in meetings and discussions to gather requirements, provide updates, and share knowledge.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, methodologies, and tools used in development and support.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in IBM Planning Analytics.

Requirements:

Previous experience and expertise in IBM Planning Analytics
Experience in working with financial planning processes and systems
Preferably 2+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Planning Analytics
Familiarity with data integration tools like BigQuery and Oracle
Ability to work with data integration tools and perform data mappings and transformations
Ability to work independently and effectively manage tasks and priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear and concise manner
Strong documentation skills to maintain system configurations and user guides
Experience working in an agile development environment, preferably in a scrum setup
Familiarity with agile principles and ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
