We are seeking a skilled Digital Analyst to join the Communications Integration team at a pioneer of food packaging solutions.

As a Digital Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting client markets worldwide by reviewing agency operations on social media tools, identifying best practices, and consolidating and analyzing data for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

Your coordination, analytical, and communication skills will be essential in ensuring the success of digital marketing campaigns and optimizing the company's social media presence.

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate agency operations in client markets on social media tools, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards
Coordinate with agencies to make necessary adjustments and improvements based on performance analysis
Identify and showcase the best examples of social media posts, leveraging data-driven insights and metrics
Consolidate and analyze data from various sources to create monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
Monitor and follow up on opt-in excels to track campaign actions and ensure compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital media and social media management
Support the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns as needed
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, agencies, and internal teams to drive alignment and achieve objectives
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security throughout the reporting and analysis process
Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital analytics processes and methodologies

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital media or digital marketing agency roles
Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Proficiency in working with digital media tools and platforms
Familiarity with social media management tools and their functionalities
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Prior experience in analyzing and optimizing social media campaigns is a plus
Familiarity with the packaging or food industry is a bonus
