We are currently seeking an experienced QA Engineer with expertise in Salesforce projects to join our dynamic, global team. This role plays a crucial part in our technical endeavors, focusing on quality assurance to ensure the excellence of our software products across various business domains within our managed services portfolio. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing QA processes on the project, designing and implementing test plans following industry best practices, and mentoring junior team members.
- 3+ years of proven work experience as a QA engineer
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce
- Familiarity with Agile and Hybrid development methodologies
- Comprehensive understanding of the software test life cycle (STLC) and defect management lifecycle
- Experience with QA tools and techniques
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and processes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- English level: Intermediate +
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases for various software applications within different business domains
- Oversee and ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Identify, record, document, and track bugs; ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Perform regression testing and ensure release readiness
- Review requirements and identify issues at early stages of SDLC
- Conduct post-release testing
- Mentor and guide junior QA team members, providing them with directions and support
- Investigate customer problems and document results
- Ensure compliance with industry quality standards and best practices
- Maintain a strong focus on client needs and the specific requirements of various managed services domains
