- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments (e.g., Sales, Product Development, Customer Service) to ensure alignment on marketing strategies.
- Assist in the drafting and designing of marketing materials, including emails, presentations, and templates for SMS and push notifications used in omnichannel campaigns.
- Participate actively in meetings, capturing notes, and ensuring actionable follow-ups.
- Utilize Excel to organize, analyze, and interpret marketing data for informed decision-making.
- Create visual data representations (graphs, charts, dashboards) to support campaign analysis and strategic planning.
- Generate reports on campaign performance, sales trends, customer insights, and journey outcomes, with a focus on weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly updates as needed.
- Execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, monitoring effectiveness and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Supporting building customer journeys for multistep marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth transitions and engagement points.
- Maintained and updated marketing databases, validating user lists for campaign accuracy.
- Implement campaign updates and adjustments based on client requests and user engagement insights.
- Conduct thorough testing of emails and validate user lists to ensure accurate targeting.
- Proficiently work with marketing platforms, such as CleverTap and Braze, with strong Excel skills required for data handling and reporting.
- It will be 50% of your work time for QA on marketing automation flows, email content, and general marketing activities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (fluent in English);
- Capability to analyze data and generate actionable insights;
- Ability to use Excel for data management, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas;
- Experience in creating detailed and visually appealing reports and graphs;
- Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to collective goals;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Will be an advantage:
