Engineering Manager

Our Client is a European company specializing in aerospace technologies, founded on the belief that distance will not matter in the future. The company focuses on supersonic and hypersonic aviation, hydrogen technology, dual-use innovations, and power generation.

Responsibilities:

Leading the development and improvement of T-40 and T-150 turbine designs.
Developing and implementing engineering strategies aligned with production and project goals.
Evaluating and integrating advanced manufacturing technologies and methodologies.
Providing engineering support for the development of the turbine production complex.
Collaborating with design firms to create detailed technical drawings.
Supporting the construction or modernization of production facilities in line with technical and engineering requirements.
Optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and consistent quality.
Implementing engineering standards, quality assurance protocols, and production regulations.
Ensuring compliance of all engineering processes with safety requirements and regulatory standards.
Driving innovation in turbine development with a focus on reliability, efficiency, and performance.
Building and developing a team of qualified engineers and technical specialists.
Promoting a culture of technical excellence and teamwork.
Ensuring the T-40 turbine is ready for mass production.
Providing technical leadership for the production launch of the T-150.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
Experience in leading engineering teams, particularly in turbine manufacturing or heavy machinery production.
Deep expertise in designing, optimizing, and quality-controlling manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of industrial safety regulations and compliance standards.
Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
