We’re searching for a Product Marketing Manager to develop and position our new internal cybersecurity product. It focuses on Endpoint Security Posture Management (ESPM), provides organizations with visibility into endpoint health and risk levels using telemetry-driven insights. 

Key duties:   

  • Conduct deep market, customer, and competitor research to define audience segments, pain points, needs, ICPs, and buyer/user personas — as there is no Product team performing this work.  
  • Develop initial product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks to guide early product development and future GTM.  
  • Define the product narrative, use cases, and differentiation. 
  • Prepare all foundational documentation (Product Briefs, problem statements, persona definitions, feature justification outlines).  
  • Plan and create pre-launch materials, including: early landing pages, datasheets, brochures, presentations etc.   
  • Work with designers (or external contractors) to shape the visual and communication direction for the product’s initial online presence.  
  • Identify market trends, user problems, and strategic opportunities that influence what should be built first.  
  • Validate assumptions related to messaging, positioning, use cases, and potential pricing.  
  • Refine the direction, messaging, and content based on insights — ensuring alignment with real user requires before the product is released.  
  • Create foundational product content needed for the early build phase and pre-launch stage:  

       - website copy for initial product pages,  

       - product descriptions, use cases, and problem/solution storytelling,  

       - value proposition statements,  

       - early FAQs,  

       - visuals and copy for teaser announcements or early outreach.  

Skills and experience we need:   

  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing, including positioning, messaging, and value proposition development.  
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B/SaaS environments.  
  • Hands-on experience working with European and North American markets. 
  • Hands-on experience in content management & content creation. 
  • A strategic thinker, with strong analytical skills with the ability to draw key insights from data to make key product marketing decisions. Tactical, hands-on experience with all parts of the inbound marketing process.  
  • Experience managing complex projects, meeting deadlines, and handling several projects at a time with a high attention to detail. 
  • Upper Intermediate English level. 

Soft skills: 

  • Result-oriented, positive “can-do” and “will-do” attitude. 
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills. 
  • A self-starter with a proactive mindset who isn't afraid to take initiative and suggest improvements.  

Nice to have:   

  • Basic proficiency in AI-assisted content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude) for accelerating research and content creation. 
  • Jira & Confluence confident user.
