SoftTeco is a worldwide outsourcing company. Now we are looking for Technical Support Engineer. The customer is an Israel Company, which is a global leader in intent marketing.

Would like to see:
- 2+ years experience in Tier 2-3 technical support roles.
- Extensive knowledge of SQL scripting (RedShift, MySQL, Athena, MongoDB).
- Strong ability to take ownership from initial report and follow through until full resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JS etc.
- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting performance issues in a distributed microservice environment
- English B2+
Nice to have:
- Familiar with Google AdWords /Analytics.
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Such as Datadog, Grafana, Kibana, CloudWatch).
- Experience with ETL and BI tools such as Tableau.
