The CHI team is looking for a Business Analyst/Scrum Master:

Project Description: This project involves the development and implementation of an innovative Auto Body Shop Online Certification System, designed to modernize and streamline the certification process for automotive repair professionals. The system will be accessible through both a web application and a cutting-edge Hololens augmented reality (AR) application.
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Analyst / Scrum Master to join our Agile team. In this hybrid role, you will not only act as a bridge between our business stakeholders and our technical team but also ensure our Agile practices are implemented effectively. You will work closely with the team, prioritizing backlog items, defining requirements, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and helping the team deliver high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, gather and validate business needs and translate these into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Scrum Master: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives).
• Support the team in adhering to Scrum principles, resolving impediments, and promoting continuous improvement.
• Requirement Documentation: Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and use case documentation, ensuring that requirements are clearly understood by both stakeholders and the development team.
• Solution Validation: Participate in solution design and validate solutions against requirements. Work with the technical team during each sprint to ensure the developed solution meets defined requirements.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that the developed solution meets quality standards and business needs.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates.
• Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users after software deployment and assist with change management to ensure smooth implementation of new systems or processes.
Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within an Agile team.
• Experience in the Scrum Master role for at least two years for a software development team that diligently applied Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
• Good skills and knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with tools such as JIRA, and Confluence.
• Excellent requirement gathering, documentation, and user story creation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail.
• Proven experience in overseeing all levels of testing including functional, systems integration, UAT, and regression.
• Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) would be a plus.
• Experience with virtual/augmented reality technologies preferred 3D
• Experience (video games, AR/VR)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
