Middle Product Designer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Middle Product Designer to enhance our R&D product in the Legal Tech field. You’ll join a small but brave team launching a new web product on a Tier-1 market. As a Middle Product Designer, you'll have a key role in crafting the user experience and interface of digital products, working closely with our development teams to create user-centered designs. 

Location — Warsaw. 

This is a hybrid position. It allows you to work both in our Warsaw office and remotely, with a requirement to be onsite 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Development and design of user interfaces.
• Analyze and improve existing interfaces based on quantitative and qualitative research.
• Create prototypes in Figma.
• Test proposed solutions and present them to the team.

Requirements: 

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer. 
• Experience in product design is a must
• Experience with web platforms
• A portfolio demonstrating at least one software interface design project
• High level of work with Figma
• Understanding the principles of user-centered design
• Knowledge of Material Design
• Ability to work in a team and focus on results
• Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency or higher. 
• Fluency in Ukrainian language. 

Nice to have: 

• Lottie animation skills
