Are you a seasoned Oracle Technical Consultant looking for a long-term opportunity to make a significant impact? Join our Client team, a leading IT outsourcing company based in South Africa, as they expand their operations into Eastern Europe. They specialize in providing top-notch Oracle and ERP solutions to enterprise clients across Africa. We are seeking an experienced Oracle Technical Consultant with over 8 years of expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) technical consulting. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on system administration, integration, and custom development, with extensive experience in Oracle R.12 environments. This role demands a highly skilled professional who can lead and execute technical tasks, ensuring system efficiency and client satisfaction.

What you'll do in this role  

• Lead the technical implementation, configuration, and upgrade of Oracle EBS systems.
• Administer Oracle EBS environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Develop and implement custom reports, interfaces, and extensions tailored to client needs.
• Perform system integration to ensure seamless functionality across various modules.
• Conduct performance tuning and apply patches to maintain system stability and efficiency.
• Utilize SQL, PL/SQL, Java, and other programming languages to develop custom solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing robust solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and clients to ensure technical requirements are met.

We're looking for

• Experience: 8+ years of Oracle EBS technical consulting, with a focus on system administration, integration, and custom development.
• Certifications: Certified Oracle E-Business Suite System Administrator, Certified Oracle Database Administrator.
• Expertise in Oracle EBS architecture, performance tuning, patching, and upgrades.
• Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, Java, and other programming languages.
• Industry Experience: Proven track record of developing and implementing custom reports, interfaces, and extensions for Oracle EBS clients.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Excellent English communication skills, at least upper-intermediate level.
