We invite a skilled and organized Travel Specialist with managerial or team lead experience to join Dev.Pro. Your expertise will enhance our Travel & Hospitality department, where you’ll contribute to coordinating logistics and travel arrangements for our global specialists, executives, and clients. You’ll also take on a leadership role, assisting with recruiting, onboarding, and overseeing new team members.

✅ Is that you?

3+ years of uninterrupted Travel Specialist experience, preferably in international companies and with a management focus
Profound expertise in trip organization (knowledge of travel management processes; experience organizing trips from scratch)
Solid people management and team leadership (2+ FTEs) abilities
Experience building teams from scratch, setting up processes
Upper-Intermediate English level
High level of problem-solving skills
Attentiveness, accuracy, accountability, and enthusiasm for learning
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Effective stakeholder management and C-level communication skills
G-Suite, Microsoft Office proficiency
Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours

Desirable:

Experience in IT or a similar position within the Travel industry
Experience in handling visa applications

🧩 Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll help ensure seamless travel experiences for Dev.Pro contractors, top management, and clients by handling various travel-related tasks.

Manage and oversee team workload, assist with recruiting and onboarding new members
Organize travel processes for contractors from different countries
Manage trip budgets, expenses, and reporting
Verify rates for best fares, corporate discounts, and preferred rates
Coordinate with C-level and clients to ensure the highest standards of service
Act as an escalation point for resolving issues
Assist with handling visa requests
Monitor and reconcile travel expenses with the finance team
Advise on travel documents, insurance, and regulations
Implement new booking tools to improve internal processes
Update company travel policy based on market research and regulatory changes
