Product Manager (on-site Warsaw)

What you’ll do:

• Conducting studies and gathering insights to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points, and applying these insights to product development

• Finding insights from surveys, data, and the market

• Effectively communicating with company stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• Problem-solving in different areas, from user onboarding to monetization and referrals

• Product roadmap development for your dedicated product area

• Execution of the roadmap developed

• Evaluating the effectiveness of the implemented functionality, using numerical data

• Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of product features and updates according to the established roadmap

What skills and experience are required for this job:

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in product management for social applications, ideally in chat applications
• Analytical thinking, ability, and desire to work with numbers and analytics
• Excellent skills in creating surveys, finding respondents, etc.
• Good understanding of general development principles and knowledge of the product life cycle
• Experience using agile development methodologies with distributed teams (Feature Teams), and the ability to keep up with a fast-paced and global company
• Deep empathy for users
• B2+ English proficiency
• Ability to quickly, responsibly, and efficiently perform any task
• Responsibility, high degree of self-organization, and prioritization skills
• Strong communication and leadership qualities
• Availability
