Currently, we are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our growing site based in Poland, Warsaw. This role will work closely with the HR team based at our headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Requirements:
- Higher education, preferably in relevant HR, psychology, or sociology fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Specialist in an internal HR department.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations governing work in Poland.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to thrive under time pressure in a dynamic work environment.
- Spoken and written language proficiency in English, Polish, and Ukrainian
Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support to both leaders & employees in their work with teams.
- Assist new employees in the adaptation process and familiarize them with the company's culture, policies, and procedures.
- Support the development of a positive organizational culture by promoting company values, professional ethics, and employee engagement.
- Monitor and analyze HR-related indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with external HR service providers to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes.
- Maintain positive relationships with employees and provide information and support in problem-solving.
