Intetics

I've been working at Intetics for 5 years. I joined the company as a junior frontend developer and now work as a senior frontend developer. I'd like to share my opinion.

The company offers great opportunities for professional growth. It supports preparation for popular certifications, such as AWS and Claude Architect, and rewards successful results. Every year there is a performance review where professional growth goals are set and a development plan is created. There is also regular feedback on teamwork.

The company's processes are well established, and the atmosphere makes for comfortable work. Work-life balance is treated with respect. For example, the company is understanding about unexpected situations when you need to take PTO urgently.

HR and People Partners are responsive and always ready to answer questions. It's especially important that when relocating, the company helps with legalization and any other matters.

For all 5 years, I've worked in teams with a very high level of expertise and have picked up a lot from their experience. I constantly get tasks that help me grow professionally. In any difficult situation, I get help and support.

I recommend Intetics to anyone who wants to keep growing professionally and work somewhere with well-established processes, where you feel respected and even cared for.
