SoftServe

I worked at SoftServe as a Project Manager starting in 2021, and from mid-2022 I worked in the Polish office. Unfortunately, my experience with the company was very negative.

The HR department in the Polish office was very unhelpful. They did not provide necessary information and were not supportive when issues arose. Communication was poor and employees were often left without guidance.

The worst situation happened after my maternity leave. I returned to work from official maternity leave and was dismissed just one week later, during the Christmas holiday period. Being fired immediately after returning from maternity leave felt extremely unfair and disrespectful.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend SoftServe as an employer.
