- Оцінка та дослідження нових технологій та інструментів, які можуть принести користь організації
- Впроваджуйте та налаштовуйте нові системи та технології (наприклад, Okta, Intune, Twingate тощо), гарантуючи, що вони інтегровані в існуюче середовище та налаштовані відповідно до потреб бізнесу
- Розробити та виконати плани тестування, щоб переконатися, що нові системи повністю функціональні, відповідають вимогам і не мають дефектів
- Document new systems and technologies, including architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting procedures
- Manage and maintain our Google Workspace environment, including Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Cloud Platform, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Administer and configure our MDM (Jamf, Intune) environment to manage our fleet of devices and associated software.
- Manage and maintain our Cloud Computing Services, such as AWS including infrastructure management, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Design and implement networking solutions to support our systems, including LAN/WAN design and configuration, VPN setup and maintenance, and firewall administration.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary changes to optimize performance and ensure system availability.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement system upgrades and new features.
- Provide technical support for new systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues, monitoring performance, and conducting periodic maintenance and updates
- Ensure that new systems are secure and meet security requirements, including implementing access controls, monitoring system logs, and applying security patches and updates as needed
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
Your professional qualities:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration, with a focus on Google Workspace, MDM (Jamf), Cloud Computing Services, and networking
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace administration, including account management, device management, software deployment, and security policies.
- Experience with MDM (Jamf) administration, including device management, software deployment, and security policies.
- Experience with Cloud Computing Services, such as AWS, including infrastructure management, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Experience in network design and administration, including LAN/WAN design and configuration, VPN setup and maintenance, and firewall administration.
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration.
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- English level Intermediate+
Nice to have:
- Experience with Okta
- Experience with MDR (Red Canary, Expel, Watchtower, etc.), Endpoint Protection solutions (SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, etc.)
- Automation: Experience with scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell to automate repetitive tasks, such as software deployments, system monitoring, or backups.
- Cloud Security: Knowledge of cloud security best practices and experience implementing security policies and controls in cloud environments
