What you’ll do:

  • Working closely with the Krakow team, provide support in employment lifecycle processes (from hire to retirement). Effectively respond to employee concerns and questions, escalating issues as needed and providing employees with knowledgeable answers and contact information to those who can provide employees with the solutions and support they need.
  • HR documents preparation (employment and business-business contracts), scheduling, and facilitating a smooth new hire onboarding process and coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience
  • Manage exit interviews and the whole exit process.
  • Manage and maintain employee records, including personnel files, employees' and contractors' files and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate, calculating vacation leaves and checking the validity of medical certificates and occupational health and safety training courses.
  • Cooperate with the payroll provider regarding payroll service (supporting with completing the data) and responsibility for administering benefits and supporting other tasks as part of HR projects.
  • Support recruitment by assisting with job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Skills and abilities needed

  • At least 1 years of previous experience in the HR area
  • Basic knowledge of labour law and social insurance, and personal income tax regulations
  • A good understanding of English (B2), Polish, and Ukrainian is a plus.
  • Proactivity and solution-oriented attitude, ability to manage time, organise own work and prioritise tasks.
  • High work ethic, reliability and meticulousness, including responsibility for the outcome of assigned tasks as part of teamwork
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
