Community Manager

We are looking for an energetic and passionate Community Manager to join our team at DOU.eu. This remote position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about engaging with online communities, have excellent communication skills, and are fluent in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage our online community strategy.
• Engage with community members across various platforms, responding to queries and fostering a positive environment.
• Coordinate with IT expert, promoting engagement and writing blogs, articles etc.
• Create and publish engaging content to maintain community interest.
• Analyze community feedback and provide insights for improvement.
• Organize and host events and webinars.

• Comfort with routine tasks and high-volume work.
• Excellent proficiency in Polish and English.
