Lead Product Analyst

We are looking for a Lead Product Analyst, who will lead our dynamic team with a passion for data-driven decision-making and innovation. 

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of product-analytical best practices, create communication processes and generate ideas across all products
• Communication within the product analytics team, monitoring and ownership of the task backlog
• Validation and prioritization of ideas from Product Managers across all products
• People Management 
• Establishment of foundational processes: basic monitoring and reporting

Your professional qualities:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics (commercial)
• 1+ years of experience in a leadership role
• Experience with B2C subscription model
• Technical skills: SQL, Tableau, Airflow
• Knowledge of prioritization initiatives based on unit economy (business model)
• Experience with a process of continuous A/B tests
• Basic knowledge of marketing analytics (differences between traffic, acquisition types etc)

Will be a plus: 

• Experience with freemium model
• CRO experience
