Project Manager

What you bring along:

• At least 3-4 years of project management experience in the IT industry;
• Experience in working with foreign customers in the IT industry;
• Experience in gathering/processing/preparing project requirements;
• Experience in long/mid/short term planning for scrum teams, change management;
• Understanding of web development principles and SDLC;
• Excellent stakeholders management skills;
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects in a changing environment;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Upper-intermediate written and spoken English.

This is your mission:

• Lead several projects at a time;
• Control and management on all phases of a project lifecycle;
• Production of appropriate documentation in support of digital projects, including project plans, issue logs, requirements specification, resource plans, etc.;
• Stakeholders management, customer relationships;
• Leading the cooperation with internal departments;
• Scope gathering and planning;
• Facilitation of a single scrum team, day-to-day operational activities;
• KPI tracking and analysis;
• Reporting;
• People management: conflict management, motivation;
• Risk management.
