You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, availability, and optimal performance of our organization's applications and act as a liaison between users, interfacing with internal technology groups and vendors. Supporting Developers for infra-related tasks, participating in Custom solution releases, from development, testing and deployment into production. Perform testing, upgrades & checkouts after new version releases and infrastructure updates. You will also develop and maintain technical support documentation, independently Functioning as well as a team player with the ability to communicate appropriately to relevant stakeholders.
- Experience in application, web app management and support on Linux & Windows Platform
- Must have experience in configuration and maintenance of Linux and Windows servers, including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, security and support
- Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real-time, providing problem resolution end-to-end
- Provide support and resolve the day-to-day issues in applications and servers reported by users
- Should have knowledge of Apache Tomcat, Apache Maven, Mysql, MSSQL and Cassandra
- Understanding of Enterprise Network Architecture (WAF, Firewall, DMZ, DNS, etc.)
- Ensure high levels of performance, availability, sustainability, security and Performance Tuning and Optimization
- Linux and Windows Server Knowledge to troubleshoot Infra level issues, Disk IO, High CPU, High Memory, network issues, etc.
- Handling upgrades and migrations of Application
- Should be aware of project management tools
- Knowledge of service management tools like Jira, ServiceNow, Grafana, etc.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results to meet deadlines
- Good debugging skills and ability to handle operational issues.
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience with knowledge of Work Fusion, Kafka, Logstash, Elasticsearch, Tomcat, scripting, Windows server
- Azure VM, Azure Webapps,Azure bot, Cognitive services
- Shell script and PowerShell Knowledge for Automation
- Experience in supporting any chatbot application
