We are looking for a Game Producer to guide and supervise the entire lifecycle of projects, starting from pre-production through launch and continuing with LiveOps thereafter.
Superpowers you have:
- A degree in a relevant field such as Project/Product Management, BA, or related discipline;
- 5+ years of experience in a Producer (or similar) role;
- 5+ years of experience managing multiple cross-discipline teams;
- Experience in communicating with executives and managing clients;
- Solid track record of projects, at least 4 published games, successfully delivered (on time/on budget);
- Deep knowledge and usage of Agile development environment (Scrum, Kanban), project management tools, and software, including Jira and Confluence;
- Understanding and ability to define and maintain processes & pipelines from scratch;
- Experience in developing games with Unity Engine;
- Experience running LiveOps (KPIs-driven decisions);
- Understanding the processes of revenue recognition and resource loading;
- Ability to do rough estimates based on experience;
- Strong organizational and communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills, including presentation & meeting facilitation;
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing);
- In-depth knowledge of the video game industry, including familiarity with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.

Product:
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and create engaging player experiences, ensuring the game aligns with the desired vision;
- Take ownership of the Sprint Backlog, ensuring that the team is working on the right priorities and helping them stay focused on delivering increments to meet project goals;
- Champion and promote the game's vision to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a unified understanding and commitment to the project's direction;
- Oversee the development of game features and ensure that the team remains aligned with the overall Product Vision;
- Identify the value of features and manage the Product Backlog by creating and prioritizing User Stories with defining Acceptance Criteria;
- Use key performance indicators (KPIs) and player feedback to drive development decisions and improvements in the game.
Management:
- Efficiently manage project resources within the allocated budget to maximize project growth and success;
- Foster a creative and collaborative work environment, maintaining team morale, motivation, and trust while addressing team health and well-being;
- Facilitate the team's ability to deliver by identifying and removing impediments that may hinder progress;
- Involve in the recruitment process, identify the project needs, and run interviews to fill those roles;
- Ensure transparent and effective communication with clients, understanding their expectations and finding solutions to fulfill the project's objectives and mandates;
- Support the business development of new projects or project extensions, from preparing the budget to presentation;
- Mentor and coach producers and associate producers, helping them resolve complex problems and facilitating their professional growth;
- Lead and drive Scrum Events, including backlog estimation, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

- Forecast and manage budget reports regularly, keeping financial aspects of the project on track and making informed financial decisions.
