Head of Product

We are currently looking for an experienced Product Manager to take the position of Head of RnD and lead the development of Trueplay’s retention products. In this position, you will have complete freedom in the choice of tools and methodologies, the opportunity to realize your vision in the development process, approach to analytics, launch new versions of the product and constantly look for new growth points for it.

You will have the following tasks:

— Management of the development team. People management of two growth and base teams

— Preparation of requirements, planning and prioritization of product tasks, control of their implementation, delivery

— Interaction with the marketing team

— Work with the budget in the direction of development

— Growth and development of the team

It is important for us that you have:

— At least 5 years of commercial experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner

— Experience with web products / mobile applications

— Knowledge of qualitative methods of evaluating the effectiveness of product changes and analytics

— Experience in creating product hypotheses and their confirmation

— Analytical thinking and a creative approach to solving non-standard tasks

— Experience using a data-driven development approach

— Experience in personnel management

— English language B2, Ukrainian language B2

It will be an advantage if you have:

— Experience working with the iGaming industry

— Experience in the payment field (billing, payment service provider, fintech, ecommerce, e-wallet).

— Experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative user research

— Experience with the cryptocurrency field
