Growe welcomes those who are excited to:

• Create high-quality, catchy, compelling, and actionable CRM copies that our clients love-emails, SMS, digests, push notifications, reminders, etc., both Performance and Brand Awareness-oriented content;
• Proofread and edit texts delivered by in-house copywriters and freelancers to ensure their synchronization and consistency following the Brand Content Style Guide;
• Arrange high-quality translations to multiple languages, including the local languages of India;
• Ensure regular reporting on the effectiveness of created content and come up with ideas to improve it;
• Manage budgeting of the freelance content activities and provide accurate reporting;
• Support copy requests for A/B and/or multivariate tests to optimize campaigns;
• Leverage analytics reporting to fine-tune subject lines, copy, CTAs, etc., to drive continuous improvement;
• Regular CRM content trends tracking, competitors’ content reviewing, generating valuable insights, and turning them into an action plan to improve our content continuously.
  

We need your professional experience:

• 3+ years’ experience as Copywriter / Email Copywriter / Content manager / Editor in the agency or on the client side (sports or gambling sector would be a plus);
• Ability to understand CRM campaign briefs and come up with catchy and effective content;
• Capacity to multitask, prioritize, and organize several concurrent projects;
• Passion for sports, including cricket, football, and tennis is a must (experience in writing or editing content dedicated to sports would be a plus);
• Exceptional writing and proofreading skills — Fluent English (Hindi would be a plus);
• Ability to flex writing style to reach multiple audience types;
• Ability to inspire customers to open emails with sensational subject lines;
• Excellent work portfolio.
