Senior Sales Specialist (German language)

We are looking for a seasoned B2B sales specialist that is enthusiastic about managing all aspects of sales and eager to take their career to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Identify and qualify new leads, and convert them into paying customers.
• Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients in the DACH region.
• Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads.
• Negotiate and close deals with clients.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of IT outsourcing trends and the DACH market.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Fluent German and at least Upper-Intermediate English level
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales
• At least 1 year within the IT outsourcing industry
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
