What you will do
- Assist with the administration and execution of people operations processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers;
- Keeping HR documentation well-organized and up-to-date;
- Assist in organizing virtual and in-person events to foster a positive work environment and company culture;
- Assist with various ad hoc tasks and projects as directed by the People Operations Manager. This may include researching best practices, people’s on-site orientation, and contributing to HR initiatives as the company grows.
Must haves
- Previous experience in cooperating with people as an HR/HR assistant or in other administrative roles (0-1 years of professional experience);
- Sense of ownership;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative team environment and fostering a positive workplace culture;
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail;
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving processes;
- Proficiency with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office Suite;
- Upper-Intermediate English.
Nice to haves
- Experience in an IT or tech-driven environment;
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and project management tools;
- Experience in facilitating stressful situations.
