We are seeking a highly experienced and talented Lead Software Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software product design, proficiency in Figma, and advanced English language skills.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in software product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing impactful design projects, with an emphasis on user-centered design and data visualization
  • Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Solid understanding of design principles, information architecture, and user experience design.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a design team, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and creative work environment.
  • Strong experience in working closely with stakeholders to ensure cohesive, practical, and feasible design solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.

English level

  • Advanced  (C1 level or higher)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of intuitive and engaging software products from concept to launch
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions
  • Ensure that designs are consistent with brand guidelines and industry best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
  • Communicate design concepts and solutions clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
