Our client is working on a 3D mobile casual game with a gambling aspect. It is like Coin Master game with a similar comic style of graphics and other features.Would you help them to make it even better? :)
-> Lead and mentor a team of Unity developers;
-> Supervise the technical aspects of game development projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and quality standards are met;
-> Design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient game architectures;
-> Develop core gameplay systems, features, and tools within Unity;
-> Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code;
-> Maintain high standards of software quality together with your team;
-> Work on new game functionalities, develop core gameplay systems, features, and tools;
-> Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications;
-> Identify and resolve technical challenges, optimizing performance across various devices and platforms;
-> Work closely with designers, artists, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of game components and a consistent user experience;
-> Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design, coding standards, and best practices.
-> At least 5 years of experience in Unity development and C# programming, including experience with scripting, textures, animation, GUI styles, and user session management;
-> At least 3 years of experience working on well-known mobile or AAA game titles;
-> Proven experience in a technical leadership role, managing and mentoring development teams;
-> Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies, especially Scrum;
-> Knowledge of current design and architectural patterns and the ability and willingness to constantly learn about changing standards and technologies;
-> Strong understanding of OOP;
-> Proficiency in using Unity tools and plugins such as UniTask, Zenject, Timeline, async;
-> Ability to write clean, readable and maintainable code;
-> Excellent English language skills (min B2).
-> Experience with casual games development;
-> Experience with Adobe suite or 3D modeling tools.
