Lead AI Operations Engineer

Project Overview:

Domain — Tech E-learning company.
Our Partner has always been a learning content provider in the field of personal development. It is the vehicle that is either used to obtain content or as a separate platform for learning (if no LMS is available on customer side). They are a tech company and eLearning platform with AI. 

What you'll do:

1. Ensure that the products are integrated into the companies product platform in a secure, scalable and resilient manner.
2. Designing Architecture for AI Products.
   
3. Work with Qdrant for Search Optimization.
4. Coordinate the Development of New AI Features.
   
5. Ensure Security of AI Solutions.
   
6. Monitor and Optimize AI Models.
   

Skills you have:

1. Strong Proficiency in Python.
2. Extensive expertise in Vector Database (particularly Qdrant).
   
3. Experience with Machine Learning & Generative AI.
   
4. Expertise in designing scalable and resilient system architectures, with a focus on high-load environments.
   
5. Experience with Cloud Platforms.
   
6. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and monitoring tools to deploy and manage AI models in production.
   
7. Security Best Practices for AI Systems.
   
8. Expertise in data processing, real-time search optimization, and large-scale data management.
